Partner programs Pro

A beta add-on for the partner programme: master agents with sub-agents, exclusive or shared territories for each partner, and written-down split rules. It is off until you ask for it and Finocket approves, because it changes who is paid.

Partner programs Pro is a beta add-on to the partner programme. It adds a two-level partner network (a master agent with sub-agents under them), exclusive or shared territories for each partner, and written-down rules for how a payment is split.

What does it add?

  • A commission chain. A master agent can have sub-agents under them, and a payment can be split along the chain by rules you set.
  • Territories. Give a partner a country, a state or a PIN code prefix, exclusively or shared, for dates you choose. An exclusive area cannot overlap another partner's exclusive area for the same dates.
  • Nothing is paid without a record. Every split is written to the commission ledger like any other accrual, and your CA still makes the payment.

How do I switch it on?

Open Modules and ask for Partner programs Pro. Finocket reviews the request, and once it is approved the module is switched on for your workspace. It sits on top of Partner programs, so that must be on first.

What can I use today?

Territories can be created and assigned through the API now. The screens for territories and the partner network follow in a later release, and the master agent and sub-agent tracks are switched on separately for each workspace.

What happens if I turn it off?

New territory changes are refused. What was already recorded stays, and anything already earned stays payable.

Does this work offline?

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I use partner territories?

Partner programs Pro is a beta add-on and is off until the owner asks for it and Finocket approves the request. It also needs Partner programs to be on. Territory changes are refused while it is off; what was already recorded stays.

Does switching it on change what my partners have already earned?

No. Commission already accrued is never recalculated, and anything already earned stays payable.
