Free workspace switches on the partner plan for the Finocket workspace you already have. It does not create a second workspace, so your data stays where it is and stays yours if the grant ever ends.
Who qualifies
- Resellers, solution partners and CAs. Other partner kinds see a plain note that it is not for them.
- The grant is checked when you switch it on: your account must be active, the current partner terms accepted and your tier high enough. If any of these fails, the screen tells you which one, in words.
- A workspace that already holds a free-workspace grant for another partner account cannot be given a second one.
What it includes
The seats, companies and monthly credits shown on the page are read from the plan itself, so the page and the entitlement cannot disagree. The software is free. AI, GST filing and messages still use credits.
What it refuses to do
- Nothing you sell to yourself earns commission, and this workspace never appears in your customer list.
- It does not appear as a customer or allocation target for you or your team.
- The page shows a renewal date and, when one applies, the date it turns read-only. It never deletes your data.
