Your partner team: seats, invites and roles

Invite a colleague to your firm's partner login, see who is invited and who is active, and understand why a seat is another way in and never a second partner identity.

Partner

Team lists everyone with a seat on your firm’s partner login. A firm has one partner identity, one set of earnings and one statement. A colleague’s seat is another way in, never a second partner.

Inviting a colleague

  • An owner or admin picks a role, types the colleague’s email and sends the invite.
  • If the invite could not be emailed, the screen says so and offers the link to copy, so the invite is never silently lost.
  • “Invited” means they have not signed up with that email yet. “Active” means they can sign in today.

Who can do what

  • An owner or admin sees the invite form and the revoke action, and is the only one who can accept new terms for the firm.
  • A member sees the same roster read-only, and the team performance row that is their own.
  • Revoking a seat removes that person’s access; it asks you to confirm first.

What it refuses to do

  • It does not split earnings between seats. Every signup and paying customer is credited to the firm.
  • It does not let a member invite or remove anyone.
