If your workspace has its own WhatsApp Business number, you can run payment reminders by messaging that number from your own phone. Finocket drafts the reminder, shows it to you, and sends it only after you reply YES with the 4-character code shown in the draft.
When you will see it
The card appears on Connected AI assistants only when all three are true: the Email & sequences module is on, your workspace has its own verified WhatsApp number (Meta Cloud API or 360dialog, connected on the Outreach sending screen), and you are the owner or an admin. A workspace on the shared platform number does not get it.
The two steps
- Your own WhatsApp number is connected. The card only appears once it is, so this step is always ticked.
- Your phone number is saved on your profile. Finocket recognises you by that number, so a message from any other number is treated as an ordinary customer message.
What you can say
remindand a customer’s name drafts a reminder for their overdue bill. The amount is the balance after payments received.- Reply
YESfollowed by the 4-character code shown in the draft (for exampleYES 4F7K) to send it,NOto cancel, orHELPfor the list. A bare YES without the code is not enough.
What it will not do
- It never sends on its own. A draft waits for your YES and its code.
- It does not record payments or change any book.
- Inside the customer’s 24-hour WhatsApp window the reminder goes as written. Outside it, only an approved template can go; with none, the reminder is refused and logged. See WhatsApp templates, approvals and cost.
- Opt-outs and consent are checked on every send, the same as any other message.
Who can command it
Only the workspace owner. An admin can see the card but cannot command the surface; team members, assistants and accountants are refused. The card states which of these you are.
