Email, sequences and consent

Campaigns and follow-up sequences that pass one send chokepoint — consent, suppression and jurisdiction rules — with one-click unsubscribe and data-subject requests.

Finocket's outreach is compliant by construction: every message — 1:1, campaign or sequence — passes through one send chokepoint that checks consent, the suppression list and jurisdiction rules before it can leave. Blocked sends are logged, never silently dropped. Turn on Email & sequences in Modules & features (beta).

Templates, campaigns & sequences

On Campaigns, build templates, run campaigns and schedule multi-step follow-up sequences. A hard lint gate blocks marketing content dressed up as transactional, so a template that fails lint can't send.

Consent, suppression & unsubscribe

Consent is an append-only ledger — corrections are new rows, never edits. Every send honours the suppression list, and every email carries an RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe (plus List-Unsubscribe headers) that's applied immediately, with no login.

Data-subject requests

Your public data-request page (/dsr) lets a contact export or delete their data, or opt out of sale/sharing (CCPA). Every request is verified by an emailed link before anything happens.

Jurisdiction rules

Rule packs for India, Australia (Spam Act) and the US (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA) apply the right quiet-hours, sender identity and physical-address footer per region. The pre-send compliance banner also speaks to your country's law.
