Finocket's CRM lives inside your books, so the lead, the deal, the invoice and the payment are the same record. Turn it on in Profile → Modules & features (on by default for businesses).
Leads → clients
Mark a contact as a lead while you're still chasing them. When they come on board, one tap converts them to a client on the CRM — all their linked deals, activities and invoices stay attached, so no history is lost.
A unified client timeline
Every client has a single Timeline that weaves notes, invoices, payments and deal stage-changes into one chronological view — the whole relationship in one place.
A money-aware pipeline
On Deals, each card shows the linked invoice and payment status — not just the deal value. Set a stage to auto-advance on payment and the deal moves to Won the moment a payment lands (once, so it never double-fires).
Import leads with consent
Bring a list in via Clients → Import: upload a CSV, map the columns, and complete the mandatory consent-declaration step. Contacts you can declare consent for become workable leads; the rest are stored but kept suppressed, so you never message someone without a lawful basis.
Ask your funnel
The AI assistant answers “how's my funnel?” from live data — leads vs converted clients, deals won and total collected.
