Not available yet. The new builder is built but switched off (it sits behind the FORMS_V2 flag and needs database changes the owner applies at release; PR finocket #6124, row F-E03). Until it is switched on, the Forms screen you see is the current one described in Forms and landing pages.
What is the new form builder?
A form is a list of blocks: short text, choice, date, phone, consent and more. You add them from a picker, set each block's label and whether it is required, and reorder them with arrow buttons or by dragging.
How do I add and reorder questions?
Add blocks from the block picker. Each block has up and down arrows, so everything works by touch and keyboard on a phone as well as by dragging.
What does publishing do?
Publishing saves a new numbered version. Your draft stays editable and the public link keeps showing the last published version until you publish again. The publish step lists anything that would block it, for example a rule pointing at a deleted block.
Can I describe a form in words instead of building it?
Once the builder is switched on, the editor has a Describe your form button (not available yet, like the rest of this page). You say what the form is for, in text or by voice, and the assistant drafts a proposed form. You see the draft first, choose Use this or Discard, and nothing is saved or published until you publish. Blocks it could not use safely are left out and counted.
Can I start from a template?
On a new, empty form you can start from a use-case starter, then change anything.
Does the preview look exactly like the live form?
Not yet. The preview applies your rules to what you type, but matrix, ranking, file upload, payment, signature and OTP blocks show a placeholder line until the new renderer ships.
