Send form responses to Google Sheets and other tools

Pending: form integrations are being built and none is switched on yet. The plan: Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Airtable and WhatsApp, each opt-in per form, with a health indicator.

Not available yet. The Google Sheets connector code is on qa (lane forms-i01, row F-I01) but no screen connects it, and it has never talked to Google. Slack, Notion, Airtable and WhatsApp are not built. The webhooks screen (Integrations, on a form's page) is on qa: it adds addresses, shows a signing secret once and keeps a delivery log, but it says webhooks are not switched on for the workspace until the owner enables them. Nothing below can be used today.

Which tools are planned?

Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Airtable and WhatsApp notifications. Zapier, Make and n8n will connect through webhooks.

Does connecting a tool send data outside India?

Yes, these services are outside India by nature. Each is opt-in per form and will be listed on the form's privacy notice as a recipient. See where your form data is stored.

What happens if a delivery fails?

Deliveries are retried. A Sheets row can occasionally be appended twice; the Submission ID column shows it.

Is a spreadsheet safe from formula tricks?

Cells that start with =, +, - or @ get a leading apostrophe so they are shown as text.
