What is a simple accounting app for vastu consultants and astrologers in India?

Finocket is a phone-first accounting app that fits a practice paid per consultation or site visit. How a session is recorded

Add the client once. After a consultation, raise an invoice for the session fee, or speak it and Finocket fills in a draft you check before it saves. When the client pays, record it against the invoice and share the PDF receipt on WhatsApp.

Site visits and dates

On the Growth plan, log each site visit with a voice note that is transcribed and searchable later. The add-visit screen shows the day's auspicious windows from the panchang, so a visit can be planned around them.

GST and when it applies

If your practice is registered for GST, invoices carry the tax split and the SAC code for the service. If it is not, you can bill without GST. GST return preparation and recurring retainers are on the Starter plan.

Yes. Record a UPI, cash, cheque or bank-transfer payment against the invoice, and once you add your UPI ID, invoice PDFs carry a UPI QR code the client can scan.

Yes. Dictate a note for each visit in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or English; it is transcribed and searchable. Tamil, Telugu and Kannada speech recognition is still less accurate, and the app says so.
