Email & sequences that can't send without consent
Marketing outreach with compliance wired into the core: every single message — 1:1, campaign or sequence — passes through one chokepoint that resolves it against consent, suppression and jurisdiction rules before it can leave. Blocked sends are logged, not silently dropped. Two capabilities widen the funnel without loosening any of that: a dynamic QR code you can repoint after it's printed, where every scan is tracked and can become an attributed lead; and bring-your-own sending, so campaigns can go out on your own WhatsApp, SMS or email accounts while the same consent chokepoint still decides what's allowed to leave.
One send chokepoint
No message leaves any other way — email, WhatsApp or SMS, 1:1 or bulk, human-written or AI-drafted. Each send is resolved against the recipient's consent, the suppression list and jurisdiction rules at the moment of sending, per recipient, and every message row carries its decision. A blocked send keeps the exact subject and body that would have gone out, so it's auditable rather than swallowed. Opt-out identifiers are canonicalised at the boundary, so an unsubscribe recorded as 919876543210 still blocks a send to +91 98765 43210.
Campaigns & sequences
Build reusable templates and launch campaigns to everyone, just leads or just clients — you see the recipient count before you send and live sent vs blocked counts as it goes out. Multi-step sequences follow up on a day schedule and stop automatically the moment someone unsubscribes. Every recipient is consent-checked at the chokepoint, and a lint gate flags marketing content dressed up as transactional.
One-click unsubscribe
RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe + List-Unsubscribe headers, honoured immediately — no login, no dark patterns.
Consent ledger & DSR
An append-only per-contact consent ledger, a suppression list checked on every send, and data-subject export / delete / do-not-sell requests verified by email.
Jurisdiction-aware
Rule packs for India — sender identity and physical-address footers, one-click unsubscribe and jurisdiction rules enforced at the send chokepoint before any message can leave.
Your own domain & mailbox
Authenticate a sending domain with SPF/DKIM/DMARC, connect Gmail or Outlook, or add SMS with A2P 10DLC — each stays locked until it's properly set up.
Dynamic, trackable QR codes
Create a branded QR that encodes a short redirect, print it once, and change where it points any time — no reprint, the code never deactivates. Every scan is counted and broken down by device and by day, and when a scan leads to a form submission the lead is attributed back to that code and campaign in your CRM. Just need a plain code to download? The free QR generator needs no sign-up; the trackable, repointable codes live in the app.
Bring your own sending accounts
Send on your own provider billing instead of Finocket's: connect Email (Resend and ZeptoMail today, with SES and SendGrid coming), WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API or 360dialog) and SMS (MSG91, Fast2SMS, Twilio or Plivo). Keys are stored encrypted per company or per user and never shown again. India DLT registration and WhatsApp template approval are checked before anything goes out. Set no key and Finocket's included sending is used, unchanged — bring-your-own only swaps the transport, never the consent and suppression checks the chokepoint applies to every send.
Consent-checked campaign segments
Save an audience from tags, consent state or activity and send a campaign to just that segment. The segment only SELECTS who's in scope — the send chokepoint still DECIDES each message, so a non-consenting contact inside a segment is blocked, never emailed.
A ladder that cannot double-send
Follow-up sequences own no transport of their own — they ride the same consent-checked send path as everything else, and a step can't be recorded or the ladder advanced without a chokepoint verdict in hand. Exactly-once is the database's guarantee, not the application's: a unique constraint per enrolment and step means a crashed cron tick that retries cannot send the same rung twice, and a second enrolment of the same contact is refused the same way. A ladder the AI drafted arrives DISARMED and enrolment is refused until a person arms it — enforced on the server, not in the screen.
Growth agents that draft and stop
Let an agent pick an audience from a saved segment, draft the copy and propose the timing — then stop. It writes one proposal and waits for you. It cannot send, because it has nothing to send with: no transport, no queue and no enrolment writer exist anywhere in it. Your approval binds to the exact copy you read — the plan is hashed when it's written and the database refuses any later edit to it — and a second tap on Approve is a no-op rather than a second campaign. Undo stops the REMAINING steps; it never claims to recall a message already sent.
Hire an agency without handing over your list
Give an outside marketing partner a time-limited seat scoped to one campaign and a capped audience. They may draft only: they can never send, never approve, and never read your contacts, message log, enrolments or templates — enforced by row-level security, so there is no request that returns them. The person who proposed a campaign can never be the person who approves it, and a refused attempt is written onto your own AI action log so you see it happened. The grant log is append-only: revoking is a new row, never a quiet edit.
Next-best offers with no AI in the decision
Two deterministic detectors over your own invoice lines: a replenishment nudge on the MEDIAN gap between a customer's purchases (never the mean, so one festival bulk order can't hide a six-week rhythm), and a cross-sell suggestion from what your customers actually buy together. Every suggestion shows evidence you can check against your own records. It produces offers and nothing else — there is no message-emission path in it at all — and the reasoning is counts only: no other customer's name can appear. Too little history yields zero offers plus a note on what's missing, never a padded list.
