Finocket and ashr.work

Your money in Finocket. Your people in ashr.work.

ashr.work is Finocket's sister product for HR and payroll. This page lists what connects the two today, and nothing that is only planned.

Two products, one each for money and people

Finocket

Your money: invoices, books, GST returns, TDS, CRM and partner commissions, in one app built for Indian small businesses.

ashr.work

Your people: employee records, India payroll, contractor payouts, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.

What connects them today

Each of these is built into Finocket today. If it is not on this list, the two products do not do it together yet.

Payroll lands in your books

Finocket's API takes a payroll run from ashr.work as one balanced journal entry in your books. Gross salary, employer PF and ESI, the PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS you deducted, and net pay can each sit on their own ledger. The entry carries the run's own id, so a run sent twice is booked once.

How a payroll run is posted

One list of your employees

Finocket can keep your employees as a directory that ashr.work fills in, so a payroll run or an expense claim names the right person. They are records in your books, not Finocket logins.

Payroll dates stay with payroll

PF, ESI, professional tax and labour welfare fund are tracked in ashr.work. Finocket's compliance calendar shows payroll as a read-only layer that links out to it, so every date has one product standing behind it.

One company behind both

Both products are made by Demystify Systems LLP, in India. Your money stays in Finocket and your people stay in ashr.work, and each keeps its own data.
