Finocket vs Vyapar — FAQ
You are never more than one screen away from the answer. Every AI-proposed entry is confirmed on a card that shows the money moving — before and after, per bucket, in rupees — and says whether it can be undone; that is a classification of the action's impact, not a dry run of the exact voucher. You set the ceiling for what it may propose, as a rupee limit and a limit on how many people a message can reach, and raising that ceiling never removes the human confirm — there is no unattended mode. Everything it does then lands in an append-only activity log the database will not let anyone edit or delete, each row hashed against the one before it so a tampered row shows up. That log is separate from the edit log on your books: it records what the assistant did, not every change to every record.
Finocket now tracks stock end to end: opening balances, a running stock ledger with weighted-average valuation, low-stock alerts, batch tracking with expiry dates and near-expiry alerts, and multiple godowns with transfers between them — sales draw stock down automatically. The one thing it doesn't do yet is pick a specific batch at the point of sale, so if batch-wise billing is core to your shop, Vyapar is still stronger there.
The books are free for solo users in India, and every other scope is free to use during early access — so you can try the CRM, outreach and partner features before deciding.
