What is the Finocket accounting app?
Finocket is a GST invoicing and accounting app for small businesses, shops and professionals in India, made by Demystify Systems. It keeps double-entry books (invoices, expenses, payments, GST and TDS) on your phone, with reports your CA can use. It runs on Android, iPhone and in a web browser. The Solo plan is free until 31 Dec 2026, then ₹99/month; GST returns and TDS are on the Starter plan.
What it does
Raise GST invoices and estimates, record expenses (a photo of the bill fills in the entry), record payments, and see who owes you. The books behind it are double-entry, with a trial balance, P&L and balance sheet. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are prepared from your invoices for you or your CA to upload.
- GST invoices, estimates, receipts and WhatsApp sharing
- Expenses with scan-to-add
- GST return preparation and TDS (Starter plan)
- A read-only invite for your CA (Starter plan), and a Tally XML export
Who it is for
Owners who run the business from a phone: consultants and freelancers, shops, traders and distributors, and practices such as clinics, lawyers and vastu consultants. A business with an accountant who wants a desktop-first tool may prefer Tally; one already on the Zoho suite may prefer Zoho Books.
What it does not do
Finocket does not file GST returns on the portal itself; it prepares the files. Live bank feeds are on the roadmap; today you import a bank statement and match it.
