Your events - a 30-day count of what happened in your workspace

A read-only count of workspace events over the last 30 days, with the recommendation score from your team's answers. Switched on per workspace.

The event dashboard is a read-only count of what happened in your workspace over the last 30 days. Open Your events. It is switched on per workspace; where it is off, the page says so and shows nothing else. It never changes your books.

What does it show?

  1. Total events in the last 30 days. If more rows exist than the page reads, it tells you the figure is capped at the first 5,000 rows read.
  2. Recommendation score, worked out from the 0-10 answers your team gave when asked how likely they are to recommend Finocket, with how many answers were promoters, passives and detractors. With no answers it says "No responses yet".
  3. Business-specific events, when your kind of business has any, each with its count.
  4. All events, every event name with its count.

What if it is empty or fails?

An empty dashboard and an unreadable one look different on purpose. With no events in the period it says so; if the event data is not available yet, or the read fails, it gives the reason instead of an empty list.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the page say it is not switched on?

The event dashboard is turned on per workspace. Where it is off, the page says so and shows no data.

Why does it say the count is capped?

The page reads at most the first 5,000 event rows. When more exist it says the figure is capped rather than showing a total that looks complete.
