Mysty voice's safety rules apply per workspace, not just per person. This screen (Settings → Account → Mysty voice → Workspace settings, or go straight to /profile/mysty/workspace) is where the workspace owner turns Mysty voice on or off, decides whether it may only answer questions or also make simple changes after reading them back, sets how many changes it may make, and reviews anything a caller asked for that was too risky to run on its own.

Turn Mysty voice on or off
Off by default, and off means nobody can reach this workspace's books by voice at all, even a verified owner. Nothing else on this screen matters while it is off.
What Mysty voice may do
- Answer questions only - the safe default. Mysty can look things up (an invoice, a balance, a GST position) and never changes anything.
- Answer questions and make simple changes - Mysty may also do a short list of everyday things (raise or send an invoice, send a reminder, record a payment, add or update a client, log an expense, create a task) after reading the change back to you and hearing a clear yes.
Limits
Four numbers cap how much Mysty voice can do: changes allowed in one call, questions one person may ask in a day, changes one person may make in a day, and changes the whole workspace may make in a day. Each has a sensible default and can be turned down (or up) here.
Waiting for your approval
A request Mysty voice refused to run on its own appears here, with what was asked and when. As the owner, you can approve it - which lets it be done, the same as if you had done it yourself in the app - or reject it, which discards the request. An unanswered request stops being actionable after 24 hours.
What this does not do yet
There is no live voice call to test any of this against today - the gateway that actually lets Mysty answer a phone call is a separate, later stage of this same programme (finocket#1774). This screen's job is to have the rules and the approval queue ready before that stage needs them.
