When someone calls Mysty as you, Mysty will not act until you confirm it is really you. Finocket alerts your phone, and you confirm on the Verify it's you screen. Nothing on the call happens before you do.

What you see
- An alert on your phone titled Verify it's you. On Android it arrives on the Mysty security channel, and on iPhone as a time-sensitive alert. Tapping it opens the screen.
- A card on Home for as long as a request is open, so you can find it even if you missed the alert. You can also open it from Settings → Account → Mysty voice.
- The Verify it's you screen, showing when the call came in.
Confirming
- Tap Show my code. Your phone asks for your fingerprint, face or screen lock. Until it does, the code is not fetched or shown.
- Read the code in pairs to the person on the call, or tap Read it aloud to hear it in your language.
- Tap Yes, it's me if you started the call, or This wasn't me if you did not.
How long you have
A request lasts 3 minutes. Three wrong attempts lock it. If it has expired, ask Mysty to call again.
Setting up a phone
The first time, the screen may say this phone is not set up. Tap Set up this phone, then Show my code. If the phone has no screen lock, set one first, because the code is never shown without one.
Installed web app (PWA)
On the installed web app, Finocket asks your device to confirm it is you (Windows Hello, Touch ID or a screen lock) before showing the code. It asks about notifications only after you have confirmed your first request, when the reason is clear.
