A website for your business, built from a template for your trade and edited here, is planned. It is not available yet, and there is nothing to set up or configure for it today.
When it ships, this guide will cover choosing a template, editing it, and publishing it. Until then, there is no screen for this module anywhere in Finocket.
CRM & deals: pipeline, follow-ups and the customer ledger
Work a sales pipeline inside your books: auto-created deals for every captured lead, one-tap invoicing from a deal, follow-ups on WhatsApp or email, a per-client money ledger, and consent-safe lead import.
Leads: capture, score, route and respond on time
Every enquiry (form, QR, booking, WhatsApp, call, email, SMS, voice note, or one you add by hand) lands on one deduplicated Leads board, gets scored A–D, assigned to a teammate, and started on a first-response timer.
Loyalty: points, tiers and what they cost you
Reward customers who come back: set how fast points build per ₹100 spent, whether they expire, and the tiers that let your best customers earn faster. Finocket keeps the balance and the history and decides none of the numbers. Left at zero, the programme earns nothing.
