Answer the 10pm enquiry in your own words
A chat bubble on your own website that answers from answers you wrote yourself, saves the visitor as a lead, and hands the conversation to a person the moment it has nothing to say.
What it solves
Most enquiries arrive when nobody is at a desk. The visitor asks one question — do you cover my city, what does this cost, how long does it take — gets nothing, and goes to whoever answers first. A contact form does not fix that: it asks the visitor to do the work and wait.
How we're different
It has no opinions of its own. The bot replies only from question-and-answer pairs your workspace wrote, and it will not stitch together a sentence it cannot quote from them — so it cannot invent a price, a timeline or a claim about your business. When nothing you wrote covers the question, it says so and passes the conversation to a person rather than guessing. That is the opposite of the usual trade-off, where a more fluent bot is a less trustworthy one.
Answers you wrote, not answers it made up
You curate the question-and-answer pairs. Anything the bot cannot quote from them is dropped before the visitor sees it, so it can go quiet but it cannot make something up.
The visitor becomes a lead
A conversation captures the visitor into the same lead the rest of Finocket uses — same scoring, same routing, same timeline — rather than a separate chat inbox to check.
Hands over instead of stalling
No curated answer, or the visitor asks for a person, and the conversation is escalated with the reason recorded — no_knowledge, no_match, ungrounded or requested — so you can see what your website is being asked that you have not answered yet.
The same answers on WhatsApp
Inside Meta's 24-hour customer-service window the same curated answers reply on WhatsApp. Outside it, nothing goes without an approved template — the rule is enforced where every other send is, not re-implemented here.
Off until you turn it on
A new workspace has no bot, no allowed website, and the widget disabled. An unknown site, a disabled bot and a site you have not authorised all answer identically, so nobody can probe what exists.

Questions
Will it make things up about my business?
No, and that is structural rather than a setting. Every sentence must be quotable from the answers your workspace wrote; anything that is not is dropped before the visitor sees it. If nothing covers the question, the bot says so and fetches a person.
Does it need an AI subscription?
No. It replays your own curated answers, so there is no model call and no per-message AI cost.
Can it reply on WhatsApp too?
Yes, inside Meta's 24-hour customer-service window. Outside that window nothing is sent without a template Meta has approved — the same rule that governs every other WhatsApp message in Finocket.
Which websites can show it?
Only the exact addresses you list. There is no wildcard, and a site you have not listed gets the same answer as one that does not exist.
Learn how it works
Website chatbot — answer visitors in your own words
Put a chat bubble on your own website that answers common questions using answers you wrote, captures the visitor as a lead, and hands the conversation to you when it has nothing to say — with the same answers replying on WhatsApp inside the 24-hour window.
Leads — capture, score, route and respond on time
Every enquiry — form, QR, booking, WhatsApp, call, email, SMS or voice note — lands on one deduplicated Leads board, gets scored A–D, assigned to a teammate, and started on a first-response timer.
Forms and landing pages
Build hosted lead-capture forms and mobile landing pages with a first-class consent block — every submission stores the exact opt-in text as proof and lands in your CRM as a lead.
