- Is there a job card?
- Not yet. Vehicle details, odometer and the complaint go on the estimate and the bill, but there is no separate job card with status tracking.
- Can I bill labour and parts together?
- Yes. Labour is a service line and parts are goods lines on the same GST invoice, each with its own code.
- Does it send service reminders?
- You can record the next service date on the bill. Finocket does not send a reminder from it automatically today.
- I am an authorised dealer. Does this replace my OEM's system?
- No. Finocket keeps your books, GST and collections alongside the dealer system your manufacturer requires.
- Can I track stock by chassis number?
- Yes, from Growth up. Each vehicle unit is a serial you receive and then sell on a specific invoice.
- What about salaries and incentives for mechanics?
- Payroll and incentives are handled by ashr.work.
