Frequently asked questions
- Does Finocket file GST returns for my clients?
- No. Finocket reconciles purchases against GSTR-2B and builds GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation packs. You file on the GST portal as you do today.
- What can I do in a client's workspace?
- The CA seat a client gives you is read-only by default. Writing needs the client to give you the assistant role.
- Does Finocket generate or check UDINs?
- No. The UDIN field is text you type on a fee line. Finocket stores it and does not generate, validate or check it.
- Will Finocket remind me before a client's DSC expires?
- Not yet. The DSC expiry date is a record you keep on the client's roster entry; no reminder reads it today.
- Are ITR dates shown per client?
- No. ITR dates appear as advisory milestones across the whole portfolio. GST and TDS dates are per client.
- Does Finocket run payroll for my firm or my clients?
- No. HR and payroll belong to ashr.work.
- Are these prices final?
- No. The prices on this page are drafts awaiting the owner's decision and may change.
- How is a CA firm charged for the clients it manages?
- Per client business your firm manages, on top of the firm's own plan. That price is not published yet: it is set only after a legal review of how a CA firm may be charged, and no firm is charged per client until it is published.
