What it solves
Booking a parcel in a courier panel and then typing the tracking number back into your billing app is the step that gets skipped, and the untracked parcel is the one a customer asks about. Finocket books the parcel against the invoice with the pincode and weight, keeps the AWB and the label with the shipment, and maps every courier's status words to one vocabulary so two carriers read side by side.
How we're different
Your rates stay whatever you negotiated: connect your own account and the keys are checked against the courier before anything is saved, so a typo fails at setup rather than at a loading bay on a Friday evening. If you have no courier account yet, you can ride Finocket's own account for any courier the platform has set up — your connection stores no key at all. Disconnecting a courier stops new bookings and rewrites nothing; Finocket never deletes a shipment record.

Which keys, from where
Shiprocket wants a separate API user's email and password, not your login. Delhivery wants the API token and a pickup location name that matches a warehouse you already registered with them, character for character. Blue Dart wants a ClientID and secret from the DHL developer portal plus a LoginID, Licence Key and Customer Code from your account manager. The connect screen labels every box with where it comes from.

Questions
Which courier should I connect?
Two of the three you can set up entirely on your own: Shiprocket (an aggregator you can sign up to and get an API key from the same day) and Delhivery (direct, with the token from your own panel). Blue Dart needs a commercial account first — the keys are issued to you, not generated by you. Connecting more than one is normal, because the carrier cheapest to a metro is often the one that cannot reach a particular district at all.
Can I ship without a courier account of my own?
Yes, when the platform has set up a courier account of its own — the Use Finocket's account button appears under Add a courier only when one exists. Your connection stores no key; it rides the platform's account. Connect your own whenever you have one.
What if I disconnect a courier?
Parcels already on their way keep their tracking numbers and keep saying who is carrying them. Disconnecting stops new bookings; it does not rewrite history, and Finocket never deletes a shipment record.
Why is my courier not in the list?
The list is deliberately short — three carriers that between them cover most of what Indian sellers ship, one of which is an aggregator carrying a dozen more behind it. DHL Express is a different service from Blue Dart and is not connected here.
