Questions about Finocket for online sellers
- Can Finocket pull my Amazon and Flipkart orders automatically?
Finocket's connectors for Amazon and Flipkart are built, but we are not yet claiming they run reliably for every seller. You can always import orders and settlements from the CSV reports the marketplaces give you.
- Does it publish my listings to marketplaces?
No. Finocket publishes listings only to Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho listings stay in their seller panels.
- Does it reconcile the TCS the marketplace collected?
Not yet. Finocket's reconciliation compares the taxable value of your invoices with each marketplace's settlements. The TCS an operator reported in its GSTR-8 is not compared with your books, so check it on the GST portal.
- Will it file GSTR-1 Table 14 for my marketplace sales?
Not yet. Finocket does not store the operator's GSTIN per sale, so the Table 14 summary is not built. Plan for your accountant to prepare it separately.
- Can it work out my profit per SKU?
Not yet. Finocket gives you per-channel totals for gross, commission, shipping, TCS and net payout, not a per-SKU margin.
