- Does Finocket stop me billing a chemist whose licence has lapsed?
- Not yet. You can store the 20B and 21B numbers and the retention-due date on each account, but nothing reads them when you bill. Check the account before you invoice.
- Can I print batch and expiry on the bill?
- Yes. Each line has batch and expiry fields and the pharma layout has columns for them. Switch on printing for those fields in your invoice field settings.
- Does it handle 10+1 schemes?
- Not as free quantity on the line. You can give a rate or a discount through price lists today. Free-goods schemes are on the roadmap and not available yet.
- Can my salesmen take orders on the phone?
- A salesman with access can create a sales order in the Finocket app, including offline. There are no beat plans or route lists yet.
- Does it generate e-invoices and e-way bills?
- Yes. Each e-invoice or e-way bill uses 2 credits from your wallet. You can also connect your own e-invoice provider account and pay them directly.
- Is payroll for my staff included?
- No. Attendance, payroll and incentives are handled by ashr.work, a separate product.
- Are these prices final?
- No. The prices on this page are a draft and may change before launch. They are in INR and exclude GST.
