- Can I run dine-in service on Finocket today?
- Not fully. Counter billing, the day close and the books work today. KOT, the table view and priced add-ons are planned and are marked as not yet available.
- Does Finocket connect to Swiggy or Zomato?
- No. Finocket does not push menus or accept orders on aggregators. Reading payout statements to match them with bank credits is planned.
- Which GST rate goes on my bill?
- The rate on each bill line is the one set on the item; Finocket does not pick it from your registration or outlet. Restaurant rates depend on the premises, so confirm your outlet's status with your CA.
- Can my CA file my returns from this?
- Yes. Invite your CA with read-only access. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are prepared from your bills; you file on the portal yourself.
- Do you handle staff salaries and attendance?
- No. Staff records, shifts and payroll belong to ashr.work. A bill can record a steward's name as text.
- What does a second outlet cost?
- Each plan includes one shop. Another outlet is planned as an add-on, per outlet each month. It cannot be bought in the app yet.
