- Can I run more than one store?
- Yes. Each store has its own tills. On Growth and above each store also has its own stock, and you can transfer stock between stores; cost centres for each store are on Business. Every plan includes one shop, and each further shop is an additional outlet add-on.
- Does it handle sizes and colours?
- Partly. A size by colour matrix exists for styles, but it is reached from inside the stock screens and is still being finished.
- Can I track IMEI numbers on phones I sell?
- You can record serial numbers when stock comes in. Choosing the serial on the bill and a warranty register are not built yet.
- Which payment methods can I take?
- Cash, card, UPI, gift vouchers and loyalty points, and one bill can be split across them.
- Will it pick the right GST rate on clothes by price?
- No. The bill uses the rate set on the item. Check value-based rates with your CA and set items accordingly.
- Do you handle staff salaries?
- No. HR, attendance and payroll are in ashr.work, a separate product.
- Are these prices final?
- No. They are draft prices and may change before launch.
