Frequently asked questions
- Can I make a farmer patti in Finocket today?
- Not yet. Patti with deductions is planned and listed under what is not included. Today you can keep a farmer's ledger and record what you paid.
- Does it work for kaccha (commission) and pakka (own-account) trade?
- Pakka trade fits the current sale bill and stock. A commission sale where the produce value is owed to the farmer needs its own posting, which is not built yet.
- Where do I put mandi fee?
- Today you type it in the charges block of the bill. A separate non-GST levy block is planned, so ask your CA how to show it until then.
- Can my munim use it on a phone at the yard?
- Yes, Finocket runs in the phone's browser. Some screens keep working on a weak network and sync later; not every mandi document has been checked offline.
- Will my CA be able to use it?
- Invite your CA with the accountant role. They see the books and GST returns, and can export to Tally.
- Does Finocket pay farmers for me?
- No. You pay from your bank or in cash and record the payment in Finocket.
- Are these prices final?
- No. They are draft prices taken from Finocket's standard plans and are awaiting an owner decision.
