Finocket for Agri Mandi
Your mandi bills and books, on the phone you already carry
Raise a sale bill with lot number, bags and net weight on each line, keep farmers and buyers in separate ledgers, and hand your CA GST-ready books. Arrivals, auction entry and farmer patti are being built and are marked as not yet available.
The problems we fix first
The same sale is written twice: a kaccha parchi at the auction, then a pakka bill for the buyer.
Today: The munim copies lot, bags, weight and rate from the bahi into a bill book by hand.
With Finocket: Type the lot number, bags and net weight once on a GST sale bill and share the PDF.
Buyer dues live in a notebook and are chased by phone.
Today: The owner reads the khata page and calls each buyer before the next auction.
With Finocket: Every unpaid bill sits in the outstanding list and the buyer's ledger, ready to send as a statement.
One party list holds farmers and buyers together.
Today: Names are kept in one register, and the munim remembers who is a seller and who is a buyer.
With Finocket: Each party carries a role (farmer, buyer, agent, trader, transporter), with village and member code.

What you get
Sale bill on the wholesale layout
A bill laid out for bulk produce, with a charges block you fill in by hand for hamali, tulai or bardana.
Lot, bags and weight on each line
Type the lot number, bag count, gross weight and net weight on every line; they print on the bill. Nothing is weighed or calculated for you.
Variety, grade and moisture
Record the variety and grade on the item and the moisture percentage on the line, so the buyer sees what was sold.
Farmers and buyers kept apart
Mark each party as farmer (seller), buyer, commission agent, trader or transporter, with village and member code.
APMC licence and gate entry number
Print your APMC licence number and the gate entry number on the bill. You type them; there is no APMC portal link.
E-way bill, vehicle and transporter
Record the e-way bill number, truck number and transporter for every load that leaves the yard.
Stock counted in kg
Items default to kg with stock tracking, and a bag-to-kg unit can be noted on each item.
Access for your munim and your CA
Offer a godown role to the person at the yard and an accountant role to your CA, each seeing only what they need.
