What you get

• Fee receipts at reception

  Record a consultation or procedure fee by cash, UPI or card and share the receipt over WhatsApp. The bill can name the consulting doctor and their registration number.

• Service catalogue

  List what the clinic sells as consultation, procedure, package, lab or imaging test, or OPD consumable, with a duration on each item.

• Package terms on the item

  Write the number of sessions and the validity on a package item, so reception quotes it the same way every time. Session draw-down is not built yet.

• Reception login

  Give reception a cashier login to bill at the counter, added by hand from the team page. The clinics pack does not set it up for you yet.

• TDS from hospitals and TPAs

  Record the TDS a hospital, corporate or TPA deducted on your fee and read it against your annual tax statement.

• Clinic expenses by photo

  Snap a supplier bill, lab invoice or AMC receipt and it becomes an expense, with a warning when the same bill is added twice.

• Rent and AMC on autopilot

  Rent, equipment AMC and fixed salary postings run as recurring entries. Payroll itself lives in ashr.work.

• Your CA, read-only

  Invite the CA with a read-only role and hand over one bundle at filing time.
