Frequently asked questions
- Do I have to store students' details?
- No. A bill goes to the payer, usually a parent or guardian. Batch and enrolment number are enough to match a payment (both fields come with the tuition and coaching setup, which sign-up suggests and you apply in Setup review), and we recommend not typing a minor's name or contact details until you have the guardian's consent.
- Does Finocket take attendance or run classes?
- No. Finocket handles fees, GST and books. Attendance, timetables, exams and live classes are not part of it.
