Scope
What this covers today, and what it does not.
Included
- Bills of materials with a standard cost roll-up
- Work centres, routing and work orders with a WIP ledger
- Production runs that consume raw material and book finished goods
- Delivery challans with job-work purpose, nature of work and original challan number
- E-way bill number, vehicle and transporter on invoices and challans
- Batch or lot number on invoice lines
- Stock across multiple godowns
- GST invoices, GST return preparation, double-entry books and CA access
Not included
- HR, attendance, wages, PF/ESI and payroll: these are in ashr.work, not Finocket
- Filing ITC-04: Finocket never files it, and preparing its rows is built but off by default
- A register of material lying with each job worker and its return clock: built, but off by default
- The job-work reason code on the e-way bill (it files as Others today)
- Costing of scrap and by-product output: a by-product and a scrap allowance can be recorded on a bill of materials where the pack is switched on, and they are not booked into stock or costed
- A quality plan or lab report: a routing step records an inspection (accepted, rejected, result, note) and the order totals the rejects, but there is no inspection plan
- Job cards per operator or shift, and a shop-floor terminal
- Finite-capacity scheduling, and an MRP screen (MRP runs through the API and assistant only)
- PPAP, APQP or IATF 16949 documentation, and EV homologation or battery EPR tracking
- Legal Metrology packer declarations
- Machine or IoT connections
