Finocket vs Zoho CRM
They have more features. We can prove every send.
Zoho CRM is deep, mature and well priced, and we won't pretend to match it feature for feature. What we do instead: one record from first touch to collected cash, and a consent ledger that can answer who you messaged, when, and on what basis.

What Zoho CRM is great at
Zoho CRM is one of the best-value CRMs in the world. Custom modules, blueprints, layout rules, predictive scoring with Zia, a large marketplace with native Meta Lead Ads, and Campaigns/SalesIQ/Desk alongside it. On sheer configurability and surface area it is ahead of us, and a trial will show that.
Pick Zoho CRM if…
- You need deep CRM configuration — custom modules, blueprints, layout rules
- You want predictive lead scoring and a large connector marketplace today
- You need live chat and a helpdesk from the same vendor
- Your team is happy running CRM and accounting as separate products
Pick Finocket if…
- You want lead → deal → invoice → payment → commission as ONE record, so campaign reports show collected cash and not just deal value
- You need to prove consent on every message — an append-only ledger, quiet hours and jurisdiction rules, with a logged decision per send
- Your customers live on WhatsApp and you want the 24-hour window enforced by the product, not left to your team
- You want AI that shows a preview-diff before it writes and can be undone in one tap
- You'd rather pay per workspace than per user, per app
Finocket vs Zoho CRM — FAQ
No, and we'd rather say so up front. Zoho has more configuration depth, a bigger marketplace and adjacent products we don't have at all. The reason to pick Finocket is that your CRM and your books are the same record — so a campaign report can end at cash collected — and that every message you send carries a consent decision you can produce later.
Every message on every channel goes through one place that checks consent, suppression and quiet hours, and that check always writes a record — queued when it's allowed, blocked with a reason when it isn't. There's no override role and no second path out. If someone asks why a contact was messaged, the answer is a row, not a recollection.
Inbound WhatsApp, missed calls, SMS and email all become leads today, and you can declare consent for contacts you've collected elsewhere — with the declaration recorded and time-limited. A native Meta Lead Ads connector is on the roadmap; until it ships we say so rather than implying it works.
Not yet as a report you can read — that's on the roadmap, and it's the clearest thing Zoho does better today. What does work now is source-to-revenue: which campaign brought the lead, and how much cash it eventually collected.
You don't have to give up anything — but the point of Finocket is that you wouldn't need Books separately. Invoicing, GST, TDS, e-invoicing and double-entry accounting are in the same product as the CRM, at no extra subscription.
