Finocket for FMCG Distribution
Every principal, every retailer and every rupee owed, in one set of books
Finocket keeps your retailers with their outlet type, beat and credit days, your SKUs by principal and brand, stock in cases and pieces, and the GST your CA files, in one place.
The problems we fix first
Order book from the morning beat
Today: The salesman writes retailer orders in a notebook or sends WhatsApp photos, and the office types them in the afternoon.
With Finocket: The salesman creates the sales order in the Finocket app, offline if needed, and the office converts it to an invoice.
Knowing which retailers are on which beat
Today: Beat lists live in the salesman's head or a printed sheet that changes every month.
With Finocket: Each retailer's beat and visit days are recorded on the account. Finocket does not plan routes yet.
Retailer credit running past the agreed days
Today: Dues are tracked on a ledger card per shop and collected when the salesman remembers.
With Finocket: Outstanding shows ageing per retailer, credit days are on the account, and the invoice warns when a retailer is over their limit.

What you get
Outlet type on every retailer
Tag each retailer as kirana, chemist, modern trade, wholesaler, HoReCa, paan shop or cosmetics store, so you can filter and report by outlet type.
Beat and visit days
Write down each retailer's beat and the days your salesman visits. These are notes on the account; Finocket does not plan routes or tell a salesman where to go.
Credit days and credit limit
Note the credit days agreed with each retailer. A credit limit on the account warns you on the invoice when it is crossed; it does not stop the sale.
Principal and brand on each SKU
Record whose product each SKU is and its brand, so stock and sales can be read principal by principal in one set of books.
MRP on the item
Keep the MRP printed on the pack against each SKU, next to your selling rate.
FSSAI number on the bill
Add your FSSAI licence number to invoices for food products. It is typed on the invoice today.
Dispatch details
Add the e-way bill number, vehicle number and transporter to the bill, with a freight charge preset and stock counted in cases and pieces.
Godown, buying and accounts roles
Offer a warehouse-operator role to godown staff, a merchandiser role to whoever raises primary orders, and an accountant role to your CA. You choose; nothing is granted automatically.
