Prescription on the order
SPH, CYL, axis and ADD for each eye, PD, who prescribed it and the Rx date are kept on the order, so every pair is made to the powers it was sold against. These fields come from the Opticals pack, which sign-up does not add by itself: ask for it when you set up.
Frames, lenses and contact lenses
Optical category, brand, frame size, lens index and coatings on every item, with MRP and barcode.
Barcode counter billing
Scan a frame and bill it at the counter, with cash, UPI and card on the same bill.
GST by HSN on every line
Spectacles, lenses and frames and non-corrective sunglasses carry different GST rates; each item holds its own rate, and the app can suggest one from the HSN for you to accept.
Delivery date on the order
Promise a delivery date on the bill so the customer and the counter know when the pair is due.
Next eye test due
Note when the next eye test is due on the order. Automatic recall messages are not sent yet.
Loyalty and WhatsApp
Loyalty points on qualifying purchases and WhatsApp messages from your own business number.
More than one shop
Run a second shop on the same login with its own counter and stock, and your CA on the same books.
