E-way bill, vehicle and transporter
Record the e-way bill number, vehicle number and transporter on the invoice; the wholesale template prints them in its dispatch block.
LR and consignment details on the bill
Type the LR or GR number and date, transporter GSTIN, consignor, from and to places, freight terms, packages and weights on the invoice. This is not an LR document with its own numbering.
Storage bills by period
State the billing period and, on each line, the storage basis (pallet, sq ft, cubic ft, MT, package or lump sum) and the days stored. The app does not meter pallets or days.
Paid, to-pay or to-be-billed
Choose the freight terms on each invoice so the consignor and consignee read the same arrangement.
Fleet expenses by vehicle
Tag diesel, toll and FASTag, driver advance, loading, repairs, tyres and permit costs to a vehicle number, trip LR reference and odometer reading. There is no trip P&L yet.
Freight charge on a sale
A freight charge preset (SAC 996511) to recover freight on a sale. The rate is a starting value you edit; it is not a GTA tax rule.
