What you'll do day to day
MRP, batch and expiry already on the line
Signed in as a staff member, open /pos. Sign in as the counter: sell a strip; the batch with the earliest expiry is picked and MRP is on the bill.
Schedule H1 asks for the prescriber
Signed in as a staff member, open /reports/schedule-h-register. The Schedule H/H1/X register the drug inspector asks for, filled in at the moment of sale.
What expires this month
Signed in as a staff member, open /inventory. Near-expiry and already-expired batches flagged, batch by batch, including the cold-chain store.
A distributor's bill, photographed
Signed in as the owner, open /procurement/scan. Scan-to-add turns a delivery bill photo into a purchase entry.
Nursing-home bills on credit
Signed in as the owner, open /outstanding. The nursing home, diagnostic centre and hospital tie-up bills still open, oldest first.
Every medicine with its salt and maker
Signed in as a staff member, open /items. MRP, salt, manufacturer and the Schedule H/H1/X flag on each item.
GSTR-1 and 3B from the counter's bills
Signed in as the accountant, open /gst/returns. Returns prepared from the bills at 5, 12 and 18 per cent, ready for the CA.
An Ahmedabad medical store that stopped writing off expired stock
Before: Batches and expiry tracked on the strip, not the system; Schedule H1 register kept in a notebook.
With Finocket: Every sale takes the earliest-expiring batch; the H/H1/X register fills itself; near-expiry stock is flagged before it becomes a write-off.
