What you'll do day to day
An appointment that booked itself
Signed in as a staff member, open /crm. Online booking from the public page lands as a confirmed appointment on the day sheet.
Service and product on one bill
Signed in as a staff member, open /pos. Haircut (salon service) plus a Kérastase shampoo (goods, stock-tracked) on one bill.
Prepaid packages that burn down
Signed in as a staff member, open /loyalty/program. Sell the ₹9,999 Glow membership as a package line on the bill; loyalty points accrue on it. A visit-by-visit balance is not built yet.
Bridal is a pipeline, not a WhatsApp thread
Signed in as the owner, open /deals. Prachi Awasthi's bridal package from trial to advance paid, with the advance receipted.
A read-only login for the floor
Signed in as a team member, open /crm. Sign in as the stylist: guest history and bookings are readable, but Add, edit and delete are gone - a member role cannot write anything.
Retail shelf by batch and expiry
Signed in as a staff member, open /inventory. Kérastase, Olaplex and serum on the Retail Shelf by batch, with the ones nearest expiry first.
Close the front desk honestly
Signed in as a staff member, open /pos/z-report. The Front Desk terminal's day: opening float, cash against UPI and card, over or short.
The corporate tie-up that is still owed
Signed in as the owner, open /outstanding. Hotel Gomti Grand's guest-services bills against its ₹1,50,000 credit limit, oldest first.
A Lucknow salon whose appointments book themselves
Before: Appointments on WhatsApp, salon services and retail products billed as one, and prepaid packages tracked on paper.
With Finocket: Online booking into a day sheet, services and products from stock on the same bill, and packages that burn down visit by visit.
(Noor Salon & Spa, a demo salon & spa workspace in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh - not a real customer.)
