Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Zepto sync into one book - settlements compared with your sales, returns netted off before you believe the revenue.

What you set up

Consumer Electronics businesses run on the Suite plan, which turns on 38 modules:

Turn any of these off if you don't need them - see setting Finocket up for your trade for the two decisions worth getting right on day one.

What you'll do day to day

Five channels, one book

Signed in as a staff member, open /profile/integrations. Amazon and Flipkart by API, Blinkit and Zepto by CSV, and Meesho by CSV, each with its last sync time. (Demo credentials: do not press Sync now.)

Meesho without an API

Signed in as a staff member, open /profile/integrations/meesho. Meesho orders arrive as a CSV upload, because Meesho publishes no seller API; the Meesho Value Store channel already holds a year of them.

The payout is never the invoice

Signed in as the owner, open /reports/marketplace-orders. Gross orders, commission, shipping fee and marketplace TCS against the net payout, channel by channel, month by month.

TCS the operators collected, per channel

Signed in as the accountant, open /gst/reconcile. The settlement reconciliation: each channel's settlement gross set against your own sales for the month. The TCS in GSTR-8 is not checked.

Returns netted before you believe the revenue

Signed in as the owner, open /reports/online-brand. Return rate by channel and reason, and revenue after returns.

Stock across three locations

Signed in as a staff member, open /inventory. The Gachibowli warehouse, the Amazon FBA location and the Bengaluru hub.

Reverse charge on Meta and Amazon ads

Signed in as the accountant, open /expenses. Imported ad services booked with RCM, so the liability is not missed and the ITC can be claimed.

The settlement agents, and which are not ready

Signed in as the owner, open /agents/gallery. The marketplace agents offered to an online seller. Settlement reconciliation, the GSTR-8 credit check and the COD remittance check are marked Not ready yet, and say why.

An electronics brand selling on five channels that knows what each one actually paid

Before: Every marketplace settles net of commission, shipping and TCS, and returns arrive weeks later, so revenue on the dashboard was never the money in the bank.

With Finocket: Orders, settlements and returns from each channel land in one book; each payout is shown against the orders behind it; each channel's settlement is compared with your own sales. The TCS in GSTR-8 is not checked.
