What you'll do day to day
Who is over their credit limit
Signed in as the owner, open /outstanding. Dealer-wise receivables against each limit: who is over, by how much, and since when.
RFQ to PO to goods received
Signed in as a staff member, open /orders/rfq. A request for quotes to principal companies, the PO raised from the best one, and the receipt matched against it.
Three godowns and the stock between them
Signed in as a staff member, open /inventory. Kappalur, Coimbatore and Tirunelveli, with what is in each.
Interstate with an e-way bill
Signed in as the owner, open /invoices. A Kerala or Karnataka invoice: IGST, and the e-way bill number on the document.
Five GST slabs on one book
Signed in as the accountant, open /reports/hsn-summary. Rice at 0, oil at 5, ghee at 12, detergent at 18, beverages at 28 - summarised by HSN for the return.
The beat, logged from the road
Signed in as a staff member, open /visits. Sign in as the sales officer: beat visits logged in the field, some by voice note, synced when back in signal.
A Madurai FMCG distributor replacing Tally-plus-Excel
Before: Receivables tracked bill-wise in a register, credit limits enforced by memory, and interstate supplies with e-way bills made on a separate portal.
With Finocket: Every dealer has a credit limit, and the invoice screen warns before a bill takes them over it; purchases run RFQ to PO to receipt; interstate invoices carry the e-way bill.
